Glo Fit is locally owned by husband and wife team, Ryan & Hilary. Glo Fit is your one stop shop, offering a variety of Reformer & Mat pilates, Barre & TRX & PHIIT. We offer good times and fresh workouts that will that will keep your body strong and challenged in each and every class. Our classes are small, keeping you accountable as we are intent on correcting form and posture. We keep it friendly and everyone is welcome here.
